It’s not exactly a best-kept secret, yet Jordan still remains a destination most people disregard as they believe that it holds nothing for them. Let me tell you, these people are very wrong. Jordan, an Arab nation of around 10 million people, home to the famed archaeological site of Petra, is full of treasures to discover.

When it comes to the new wonders of the world, the Rose City is truly something to behold, and once you are in its presence, you are left at a loss for words and astounded by how stunning it really is.

Petra was once home to the >Nabatean people and is believed to have been in its prime at around 312 BC.

If there is one place you should start your Jordan adventure, then Petra is it. While there are a number of beautiful sights to see in Jordan, none have the magic of Petra.

You Will See A Brand New Sky

If there is one thing that should be truly appreciated about Jordan, it’s the magic that is provided just by looking up at night.

When you stay in Jordan, you will be blessed with seeing the sky as you never have before, and it’s truly breathtaking, especially for any amateur stargazers out there. Of all the places in Jordan to appreciate the beauty of the night sky, the Dana Biosphere Reserve has to be the finest.

It is often said that Jordan is one of the best places on earth to sit and just look at the stars.
